iDigital Ltd. ("iDigital", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of our employees and app users. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and safeguard personal data through the Tools Hub platform and iDigital Worker ID application (collectively, "the Platform"). iDigital operates as an Apple Premium Partner in the State of Israel and is subject to the Israeli Privacy Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Privacy Protection Regulations.
When you use the Platform, we may collect the following information:
Personal data is used exclusively for the following purposes:
All personal data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Data is stored on secure servers within Israel. We implement industry-standard security measures including access controls, audit logging, and regular security assessments. Biometric data (Face ID) is processed entirely on-device through Apple's Secure Enclave and is never accessed by or transmitted to iDigital.
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties except as required by Israeli law or with your explicit consent. Data may be shared with Apple (for app functionality), Meta/WhatsApp (for customer messaging), and Priority Software (for ERP integration) only as required for platform functionality through standard APIs.
Employee data is retained for the duration of employment and for up to 7 years following termination, in accordance with Israeli labor law requirements. Usage logs are retained for 12 months. Customer communication logs are retained for 24 months. Upon termination, platform access is immediately deactivated.
Under Israeli privacy law, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact your branch manager or email privacy@idigital.co.il.

By downloading, installing, or using the Tools Hub platform and/or iDigital Worker ID application (collectively, "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Platform is provided by iDigital Ltd., an Apple Premium Partner operating in Israel. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
The Platform is available exclusively to current employees of iDigital Ltd. and authorized personnel. Access is granted during active employment and is revoked immediately upon termination or resignation.
You may use the Platform solely for the purpose of performing your duties as an iDigital employee. You agree not to:
The Platform, its design, code, and all related materials are the exclusive property of iDigital Ltd. Apple, iPhone, Mac, and related trademarks are the property of Apple Inc. WhatsApp is a trademark of Meta Platforms, Inc. Priority is a trademark of Priority Software Ltd.
The Mac app requires macOS 13 Ventura or later. The iPhone app requires iOS 16 or later with Face ID capability. You are responsible for maintaining your devices and ensuring they have the latest software updates.
iDigital reserves the right to deactivate your access and revoke Platform privileges at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: termination of employment, violation of these terms, or security concerns.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. iDigital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
iDigital reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Tel Aviv-Yafo.
